What we collect

If you submit the launch-alert form, we collect your email address and the answer you give to the “what would you want” question. Travel month and nationality are optional and only stored if you provide them.

Why we collect it

To email you a signup confirmation, one launch alert when ETIAS applications open, and a heads-up only if the official timeline materially changes. If you tell us what kind of help you’d want, that answer is treated in aggregate to inform product decisions.

Lawful basis

We rely on your consent, given by submitting the form, whose single purpose is stated next to the button. You can withdraw consent at any time by replying to any email we send or writing to hello@etiaspro.com.

Who processes the data

We use Resend as our email service provider. They store your email address and any preferences as a contact in our audience and send emails on our behalf. A data processing agreement is in place. We also use Vercel to host this site and Vercel Analytics for anonymous, cookie-less traffic measurement.

How to delete your data

Reply to any email from us, or write to hello@etiaspro.com and ask to be removed. We will delete your record within seven days.

Cookies

We do not use tracking cookies. Vercel Analytics measures aggregate traffic without setting cookies or identifying individuals, so no cookie banner is required.

Children

This service is not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

Changes to this policy

If we change how we use data, we will update this page and refresh the “last reviewed” date. Material changes will be announced to people on the launch-alert list.
