ETIAS assisted application service
When ETIAS opens, most people will apply directly on the official EU site. If you would rather have it handled for you, ETIAS Pro will offer optional help. Here is what that will involve, and how to register your interest.
In brief
What the assisted service will do
The idea is simple: you give us the details, and we make sure the application is filled in correctly and submitted on the official EU system once it opens. It is built for people who would rather not deal with the form themselves, or who want a second pair of eyes before they submit.
What assisted help will include
- Completing the official ETIAS form accurately on your behalf.
- Checking passport details and validity before submission.
- Managing applications for families and groups together.
- Reminders to renew when your ETIAS or passport is due to expire.
- A clear breakdown of the official fee and our separate service fee.
Why some travellers want help
For a single, straightforward trip, applying directly is quick and the obvious choice. Help tends to suit families and groups applying together, anyone who wants their details double-checked, or travellers who simply prefer to hand the admin to someone else.
What it will cost
The official ETIAS fee is expected to be €20, paid to the EU, with under-18s and over-70s expected to be exempt. Any assisted service from ETIAS Pro would be an optional fee on top of that official €20, shown clearly before you commit. You never pay us instead of the EU, and you can always apply directly. See ETIAS fees for the full breakdown.
When will it be available?
Not yet. ETIAS itself is not live, and no legitimate service can submit an application before the official system opens, which is expected in the last quarter of 2026. Registering your interest now simply means we will contact you the moment assisted help is available, with no obligation.
Applying yourself vs assisted help
Applying directly through the official EU ETIAS website is the simplest route and is always available. Assisted help is an optional extra for those who want it, never a requirement, and never a replacement for the official authorisation. ETIAS Pro is an independent private service and is not affiliated with the EU. See is ETIAS Pro official?
Register your interest in assisted help
No payment and no passport details now. We will email you when assisted help is available, and when ETIAS opens.
Assisted ETIAS service FAQs
Why might I use a private ETIAS support service?
Some travellers prefer help with form-filling, managing multiple family applications, reminders for renewal, or a second pair of eyes on details like passport expiry. A private service is optional, and travellers should expect to pay both the official €20 fee and any separate service fee.
How much will ETIAS cost?
The official ETIAS fee is expected to be €20. Travellers under 18 and over 70 are expected to be exempt from the fee, though they will still need an ETIAS. Private services may charge a separate, optional service fee for help with the application.
Can I apply directly through the EU?
Yes. When the official ETIAS system opens, every traveller will be able to apply directly through the official EU website or app at travel-europe.europa.eu/etias. Using a private service is always optional.
Can I apply for ETIAS now?
No. The official ETIAS system is not open yet, so it is not possible for anyone to apply. Any website claiming to issue ETIAS today is not legitimate.
Is ETIAS Pro official?
No. ETIAS Pro is a private information and assistance service. We are not affiliated with the European Union, Frontex or any government. When ETIAS opens, you will be able to apply directly through the official EU ETIAS website or app.
